Solution
With our AI enabled KSearch algorithm, the number of search results matching user intent has gone from 20% to 95%! The solution even allows for natural language search. With over a million searches a month, this is directly impacting the topline.
WIP: Reducing support team by 80%
Creating a self-service chatbot which uses generative AI to understand natural language student queries in Hindi, Hinglish and English and resolves them instantly. This aims at freeing up much of the 200 member support team to focus on pre-sales and sales.
